You can't access Nextflix without an ac. It appears Netflix restricts the access based on the info in your ac, so a VPN makes no difference.
If I type "https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/3519" in the browser I get the list, but to view a movie I have to log in, so Netflix knows were the ac is from and whether I'm entitled to view it or not.
